Par le biais d&#8217;un consortium, dont participera l&#8217;entreprise colombienne Colpatrian, Ferrovial Agroman construira ce tron\u00e7on pour un co\u00fbt estim\u00e9 \u00e0 36 millions d&#8217;euros. En tout, 4,1 kilom\u00e8tre de route \u00e0 deux voies, dont quatre ponts qui relient Medellin et sa sortie vers le Pacifique.  Ce projet s&#8217;inscrit dans le cadre des plans de d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau routier qui reliera la deuxi\u00e8me ville de Colombie, \u00e0 la zone portuaire du Pacifique.
