L\u2019h\u00f4tel sera situ\u00e9 dans l\u2019un de neufs premiers \u00e9tages de l\u2019immeuble, o\u00f9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re r\u00e9alisera un important investissement afin de transformer l\u2019\u00e9tablissement en une destination de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Madrid.  L\u2019\u00e9tablissement, qui sera le quatri\u00e8me de Barcel\u00f3 \u00e0 Madrid, sera d\u2019une cat\u00e9gorie quatre \u00e9toiles sup\u00e9rieure et comptera sur 246 chambres, outre d\u2019autres installations.
