Le d\u00e9veloppeur bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Malaga pr\u00e9voit de faire sa premi\u00e8re incursion dans le r\u00e9sidentiel \u00e0 louer avec un investissement de 10 millions d&rsquo;euros, soit 10% de son budget semestriel, selon Gast\u00f3n Aigneren, PDG de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejeprime.com\/empresa\/exxacon-ultima-su-entrada-en-el-build-to-rent-inversion-de-10-millones-de-euros-en-malaga.html\">EjePrime<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"long\"><span class=\"times-dropcap\">E<\/span>xxacon investira dans l&rsquo;immobilier en centre-ville et pr\u00e9voit d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre ce mod\u00e8le sur les autres march\u00e9s o\u00f9 il op\u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0Nous pensons qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la situation \u00e9conomique\u00a0\u00bb, a assur\u00e9 le responsable. L&rsquo;entreprise a un plan d&rsquo;affaires pour investir cent millions d&rsquo;euros par an jusqu&rsquo;en 2022, mais en raison du ralentissement provoqu\u00e9 par la crise sanitaire, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 contrainte de paralyser l&rsquo;investissement pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 partir de mars, ce qui l&rsquo;a laiss\u00e9 au premier semestre investir quarante millions d&rsquo;euros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Exxacon pr\u00e9voit de reprendre son activit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de septembre. Exxacon commencera son activit\u00e9 d&rsquo;investissement \u00e0 partir de septembre et le d\u00e9veloppeur pr\u00e9voit de se plonger dans les march\u00e9s sur lesquels il est implant\u00e9, Malaga, Madrid et Valence, avant de se lancer sur d&rsquo;autres sites.
